- Order placement, prescription upload, and file storage.
- Notifications and status tracking.
- User authentication and account management.
- Pharmacy verification and onboarding workflow.
- Administrative tooling for Pharmacies and internal operations.
- Platform security controls appropriate to a marketplace of this kind.
- Aggregate analytics used to improve the product.
Platino Pharma does not
- Own, stock, or dispense medicines.
- Deliver medicines directly.
- Prescribe medicines or provide medical advice.
- Guarantee inventory availability at any given Pharmacy.
- Guarantee pricing set by Pharmacies.
- Guarantee delivery, refunds, or returns beyond what the Pharmacy agrees to.
