Prescription policy

• Customers upload the prescription with the Order.
• The Pharmacy reviews and validates the prescription.
• The Pharmacy is solely responsible for approving or rejecting dispensation.
• The Platform stores the uploaded file to enable review; it does not evaluate medical suitability.

Restricted medicines

The Platform does not approve, list, or facilitate the sale of controlled substances or medicines that require special authorisation beyond routine prescriptions. Legal compliance rests with the Pharmacy.
