Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal, contact, and delivery information.
• Upload only valid, unaltered prescriptions issued by a qualified practitioner.
• Use ordered medicines lawfully and only for the person for whom they were prescribed.
• Keep your delivery address complete and reachable.
• Cooperate with identity or age verification where required.

You agree not to

• Misuse the Platform or interfere with its operation.
• Upload fake, altered, or non-consented prescriptions.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Pharmacies, delivery staff, or support agents.
• Violate any applicable law, including narcotic and controlled-substance laws.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, fake orders, prescription misuse, or illegal activity, and cooperate with authorities as required by law.
