- Be respectful to Pharmacy staff and delivery personnel.
- Provide accurate personal and delivery information.
- Upload genuine prescriptions issued to you.
- Report issues honestly and constructively.
For pharmacies
- Keep inventory and pricing information accurate.
- Respond promptly to Orders and Customer messages.
- Sell only genuine medicines from authorised sources.
- Follow all applicable regulations and packaging norms.
