Users must not
- Upload fake, altered, or fraudulent prescriptions.
- Upload documents that are illegal or infringe on others' rights.
- Spam, harass, or abuse Pharmacies, delivery staff, or customer support.
- Attempt to hack, probe, or overload the Platform or its APIs.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Platform outside published interfaces.
- Use bots, scripts, or automation not offered by the Platform.
- Attempt payment fraud or misuse of promotions.
- Create fake or duplicate accounts.
Consequences
- Warning.
- Temporary suspension.
- Permanent ban.
- Referral to law enforcement where warranted.
